Snapshots and Backups for VDS in Germany: A New Standard on Peerobyte

You can now deploy VDS in Germany with upgraded snapshots and backup features, allowing you to control your server data more efficiently directly from your control panel.

What's New with Snapshots?

Snapshots allow you to capture a full image of your virtual server's current system state. Depending on your needs, you can choose to retain 0, 1, 2, or 3 snapshots.

This feature is ideal for testing configurations or quickly rolling back to a previous setup after an update or unforeseen issue.

What's New with Backups?

To enhance backup functionality, we’ve introduced several new options:

• Customizable Limits: When ordering a VDS, you can select from 0, 2, or 3 backup versions for an additional fee. With these, you can customize a data protection plan tailored to your needs.
• Rotation: The oldest backup is automatically replaced with a new one once the set limit is reached.
• Scheduling: You can define a mandatory minimum time interval between backups. Both automated and manually configured intervals are counted in the total limit.

Client Portal Integration

These updates are integrated into each client's control panel, simplifying the setup and management of snapshots and backups.
