This Anti-Spam Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") sets forth the principles and procedures followed by VIRTUAL NETWORK LAB LLC FZ and its affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Peerobyte", "We", "Us"), the owner and operator of the website peerobyte.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), with respect to combating spam, unsolicited messages and correspondence by users of the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Customers", "Users"), as well as anyone associated with Peerobyte, including Peerobyte's affiliated persons and organizations, their employees, contractors, agents, promoters (hereinafter referred to as "Peerobyte Affiliates").

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is an integral part of Peerobyte Customer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement").
1.2. Terms used herein and not defined herein are defined in the text of the Agreement.
1.3. This Policy describes Our prohibited methods of sending messages and other electronic correspondence that are sent using Our Services, on behalf of Peerobyte and mentioning Peerobyte.
1.7. We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any time and in any manner. An updated or revised version supersedes all prior versions of this Policy immediately upon publication. Your use of the Site or Services and your continued association of any kind with Peerobyte after the posting of such changes means that you accept the revised Policy.

1.9. Users, Customers and Peerobyte Affiliates should periodically check this Policy for changes by re-visiting the Site, refreshing the page and paying attention to the date this Policy was last modified, which is listed at the top of this document.
1.10. If We make any changes to this Policy, We may notify You of such changes by sending an email to Your e-mail address or a message to Your Account on the Site.

2. Basic Principles

2.1. Although the laws of many jurisdictions permit the bulk distribution of unsolicited messages and correspondence of any kind ("Spam") under certain conditions, We have made a policy decision to prohibit Spam for Peerobyte, Our affiliates, Our Users and Customers, partners, agents and promoters of Our Site.
2.2. Our Customers, Users and Peerobyte Affiliates are prohibited from participating in any mass mailings or other mailings for the purpose of disseminating any information on behalf of Peerobyte and about Peerobyte, regardless of how the recipients' email addresses or contact information was generated or obtained. This means prohibiting the use of opt-in, double opt-in or any form of email address recipient list, regardless of whether such activity is authorized by the jurisdiction of the User, Peerobyte Affiliates or the recipient.
2.3. Our Customers, Users and Peerobyte Affiliates are prohibited from participating in any mass mailings or other mailings using Our Services, regardless of how the recipients' email addresses or contact information was generated or obtained. This means prohibiting the use of opt-in, double opt-in or any form of email address recipient list, regardless of whether such activity is permitted by the jurisdiction of the User, Peerobyte Affiliates or the recipient.
2.4. If We receive information that someone is distributing Spam that is prohibited by law, We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities to stop illegal Spam. We will also terminate relationships with organizations that produce illegal Spam, if such relationships have occurred.
2.5. We reserve the right to conduct inspections to identify possible violations of this Policy, and to investigate identified violations of this Policy at any time, with or without notice.
2.6. Violation of this Peerobyte Affiliates Policy will be grounds for termination of the affiliation and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions or eligibility.
2.7. Violation of this Policy by the User or Customer will be grounds for termination of the Services and blocking of the Account without compensation for the unused Service Subscription Period or any prepaid resources.
2.8. Peerobyte may suspend the Services and any Account if there is suspicion of Spamming or other activity related to or equivalent to Spamming, pending investigation or resolution in cooperation with the Account holder.

3. Definition of Spam

3.1. Spamming and actions equivalent to Spamming include:
• Mass mailings aimed at promoting goods or services without the prior consent of the recipient.
• Unwanted messages sent via instant messaging systems, messengers.
• Unwanted messages, comments or invitations sent via social media.
• Automatically posted messages or comments containing advertisements or unwanted links on forums, blogs and message boards.
• Unsolicited ads posted on free classifieds sites like Craigslist in sections not intended for advertising.
• Use of voice robots calling your phone or messengers for advertising and promotional purposes without the recipient's consent.
• Messages sent by automated systems without the explicit consent of the recipient.
• Mass mailings that solicit the transfer of personal data and contact information, for example, by filling out forms or participating in surveys, often on the pretext of winning prizes or money.
• Use of subscription traps, sites or services that trick users into signing up for regular mailings.
3.2. Illegal Spam We explicitly include:
• Phishing emails that attempt to trick you into obtaining sensitive information, such as passwords and credit card details, under the guise of a trusted sender.
• Fraudulent messages, such as those promising large sums of money or rewards in exchange for a small upfront payment or confidential information.
• Sending messages containing viruses or malicious scripts and software, as well as links to viruses, malicious scripts and software.
• Using false or forged e-mail addresses or other sender data to make it appear that the message was sent from a known or trusted source.
• Other mailings that are prohibited by the law of the jurisdiction of the sender, the recipient of the message, or the location of the equipment used to make the mailing.

4. COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGES

4.1. All Customers, Users, and Peerobyte Affiliates who violate this Policy agree to indemnify and hold Peerobyte harmless from any claims, charges, bills, debts, suits, suits, or allegations arising from violations of law or other regulations.
4.2. Peerobyte will notify Customers, Users and Peerobyte Affiliates who have caused claims, allegations, bills, debts, lawsuits arising from violations of law or other regulations. In such event, Peerobyte reserves the right to independently select counsel to defend itself and to choose a defense strategy for such claims at the expense of the Customer, User and Peerobyte Affiliates responsible for the alleged violation.
