4. Non-tracking

7. Child data collection
7.1. The peerobyte.com website does not collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 and is therefore not subject to the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
7.2. Our Site is intended solely for persons 16 years of age or older, children under the age of 16 are not authorized to access or use Our Services.
7.3. If We identify that a child under the age of 16 has provided Us with personal information, We will endeavor to delete such information as soon as possible.
